With 256 songs, it has taken a while to whittle the field down. Now there are 32 songs remaining, competing head to head.

Here are the latest match-ups:

The lovely ladies from Atlanta made it this far by defeating "Joy" by Teddy Pendergrass, "California love" by 2Pac, and "Love overboard" by Gladys Knight. This round they face a powerhouse.

Freddie Jackson has several songs included in the 256 song pool, and 1990's "Love me down" is up now.

Two R&B stalwarts face off next, Keith Sweat's 1996 jam "Nobody", who defeated Janet Jackson's "Control" in round one before taking down Shai's If I ever fall in love" and R.Kelly's "You remind me of something".
